A Seed/Una Semilla

Seeds we are...

resting...waiting

until one day

we might awaken

touched by a soft warmth

of an all loving sun

giving us the strength

to gently push

through our protective shell

trusting, opening and basking

in the warm glow

radiating in the light

ripening fruits

of all we have to offer

so full we fall

 gently to the ground

in a cascade of love fulfilled

surrendering and giving back

of ourselves

to our Mother
